There are players who constantly change sides, team killing, then changing sides again. Also, they are able to parachute directly on a plane or chopper in enemy main and take off before the bubble kills them.

As I said before, I was an admin for 8 years on an FH1 server. I only need the chat command right to kick i.e. !kick .7 (kick player 7).

Sorry, i can't help you with this, you have to wait for an admin. Whole weekend work for me, next week i will change Kharkov map.
